Conference Schedule
Attendees should arrange your time properly according to the timetable below. The brief version is simply for reference. The detailed version may have slight differences, which will be released about 15 days before the conference.

| July 14, 2026 | Registration | Sign in at the registration counter and collect your conference materials. |
| July 15, 2026 | Keynote Speeches | The conference chair will host an opening ceremony. After that, keynote speakers will deliver their spectacular speeches and share their cutting-edge research fruits with the participants. During the intermission, there will be a photo session for all the participants to take a group photo |
| July 15, 2026 | Parallel Sessions (In-person) |
Parallel sessions will be going on in the afternoon, presenters should find the right session room and be there at least 3 minutes earier to copy his ppt/pdf presentation into the laptop and get ready. Then the session chair will start the session on time, and give a grade to each presentation, which should be within 15 minutes, including Q&A. |
| July 15, 2026 | Dinner Banquet | The conference chair and the organiser will be hosting a closing ceremony at dinner, where the best presentations will be announced, and the certificates will be awarded. However, due to some participants' early departure, best presetation may be selected and announced right after each session ends. |

| July 17, 2026 | Day Trip | Day trip will be arranged on this day if over 5 people sign up for it. Please note extra fee needs to be paid for day trip since it's not included in the registration fee. |
